This time, moderator  Alain Heureux  will be joined by :

• Jürgen Ingels is a serial entrepreneur and venture capitalist with a passion for technology and innovation. He founded Clear2Pay, a pioneering fintech company, and is currently a managing partner at Smartfin, a private equity fund that supports high-growth European companies. He is also the founder of Supernova, a major technology and innovation festival in Europe, an annual event that brings together entrepreneurs, investors, companies, and global leaders in Antwerp to explore technological advancements, foster networking, and share visions for the future, with interactive sessions, startup presentations, and high-level conferences.

 

• Dorian de Broqueville is the founder and CEO of IZIX, a SaaS (and app) solution for managing and optimizing parking and charging stations in office buildings. Today, IZIX equips more than 500 buildings in Europe and helps owners, asset managers, and tenant companies reduce costs, optimize space utilization, and accelerate the transition to more sustainable mobility. Before Izix, Dorian was one of BePark's first employees, where he supported the company's growth as COO until its integration into the Indigo Group.

 

• Laetitia Lusakivana is a consultant and coach specializing in neuroperformance. She helps entrepreneurs, executives, and individuals optimize their cognitive performance and well-being. Her expertise lies in applying neuroscience to personal and professional development. At the end of 2025, Laetitia was elected by ELLE as "Woman of the Year" in the Society category.
